Job Overview

The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new franchise opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the franchise industry, as well as excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet quarterly objectives
  • Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, brokers, and developers
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in franchise sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel extensively (75% of time)
