As a result-driven Software Development Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, cold calling, and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup
