Job Summary
Lead Generation SpecialistWe are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to empower businesses with a strong online presence through various services, including website development and AI-based solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, email, and outbound strategies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Craft and run cold emailing and cold calling campaigns to reach potential B2B clients.
- Handle telemarketing/cold calling to schedule meetings or demos with prospects.
- Perform lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, etc.
- Create and optimize sales funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Deliver remote product demos and follow-up communication via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) to track outreach and sales activity.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom solution pitches.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold emailing, and sales funnels.
- Strong English communication skills (written + spoken)
- Digital tool proficiency (Calendly, Loom, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)
- Knowledge of SaaS, AI, or tech sales is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Stable internet connection and laptop/computer setup.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation software.
