Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Manager (Night) at Saifee Hospital, Karachi. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing night-shift clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring quality patient care. Daily tasks include monitoring patient care activities, coordinating with medical professionals, training staff, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves managing home care and emergency services during night hours.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a night-shift role
  • MBBS with experience in managerial role will be preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a healthcare setting is preferred
