Nurse Manager Role

A key member of the governance structure, you will support nursing services in strategy and operational tasks through a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct unit rounds and ensure quality and safety standards are met through regular audits.
  • Monitor nursing staffing levels to optimize care delivery across campuses and health networks.
  • Develop processes for clinical operations to drive ongoing quality improvement.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and manage documents to track progress on projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to nursing teams as directed.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboard new staff members.
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited program or Master's degree in the same field.
  • No less than 10 years of nursing experience, preferably with 5 years in administration.
  • Clinical expertise in patient care standards and protocols, strong knowledge of healthcare administration and organizational behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with care coordination models and best practices to improve care transitions and outcomes.
