Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the ongoing professional practice evaluation (OPPE) and clinical outcome review process across our healthcare facilities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality healthcare systems and a proven track record of driving improvements in patient care.

  • Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure effective OPPE and clinical outcome review processes, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve the OPPE process, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and Joint Commission Accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise the OPPE process to ensure timely completion and submission of reports to the credentialing department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of OPPE data and identify discrepancies for rectification.
  • Design, implement, and oversee data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with institutional standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of clinical experience in a tertiary care setting.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in healthcare quality management and assurance, medical staff practice evaluation, and OPPE.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality healthcare systems, including peer reviews, patient care indicators, and EMR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in report writing and data analysis tools.
