Call Center Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Essential Qualifications:
Previous call center management experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
