The Role of a Principal Talent Attraction Consultant

As a key player in the recruitment landscape, you will be instrumental in identifying top talent for hard-to-fill roles. Your expertise will shape and drive creative sourcing strategies, advise stakeholders based on market intelligence, and lead compelling attraction campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will forge partnerships within our global network to strategically source and engage with candidates for pivotal roles across various regions.
  • Enhance the recruitment journey by guiding applicants through a seamless process, positioning us as the employer of choice for talented professionals.
  • Meticulously screen applications, craft comprehensive profiles, and maintain robust relationships while actively nurturing talent pools for future opportunities.
  • Develop a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels with a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
  • Act as a pivotal 'Talent Advisor,' delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to refine recruitment tactics and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the global talent attraction team to develop and execute innovative candidate marketing strategies that attract a broad spectrum of talent.
  • Consistently achieve individual performance targets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators.

Your Qualifications

  • You should have proven experience in recruiting and sourcing for complex roles within dynamic markets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the market, including cultural insights, regional employment regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
