About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the industry.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. This will involve managing the end-to-end resourcing process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Your goal will be to deliver high-quality talent that meets the business's requirements, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end resourcing process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the talent acquisition process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a related field, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to source quality candidates, conduct interviews, prepare competitive salary packages, and negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with preference given to Master's degree holders, especially in Human Resources.
  • Certifications: Certifications in HR are an added advantage.
