About the Role:

As a Business Solution Implementer, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering value during the initial phase of the customer's journey.

This position involves effectively onboarding new customers by implementing technology solutions, ensuring timely adoption, and educating them on the benefits of our products and services.

A customer-centric focus is necessary to preserve long-term satisfaction. This role requires someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and adept at building strong relationships with customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase, focusing on larger clients.
  • Guide new customers through initial setup and system training to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure timely activation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as support, engineering, sales, and product management to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Handle a high volume of phone conversations and email inquiries.
  • Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support) and demonstrate proficiency in using data to inform engagement strategies.

You should also have effective listening and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.

Familiarity with fintech and spend management technology, documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and related experiences are beneficial.
