Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our project management team as a Project Manager. This role involves helping us establish project management standards, overseeing various projects and teams, resource planning, task planning, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, estimation, tracking, status reporting, client communications, testing, and people management.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analyze complex situations, learn quickly, and synthesize corresponding solutions, options, and action plans.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and create documentation outlining process improvements.
  • Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner to build strong relationships.
  • Research strategies to develop well-informed tactical processes for clients.
  • Examine clients' businesses to understand their business processes and objectives.
  • Document requirements, prepare proposals, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals, and audio/video training sessions.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors to discuss current projects, new projects, or organizational initiatives.
  • Make important planning and strategy decisions.
  • Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed.
  • Monitor team activities, deliverables, and update project status daily.
