The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support accounting and financial analysis initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the accounting industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a night shift environment, with minimal supervision.
