Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in streamlining processes and driving efficiency through automation.


In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing workflows, designing automations, and collaborating with department leads to create effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also evaluate and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and support onboarding and operations with organized administrative assistance.


This is a full-time remote position that offers a stable and dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth.


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier (preferred but not required).
