Our organization is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients.Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients via phone to complete loan applications and provide product information.
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
  • Respond to client inquiries and address any objections they may have.
  • Take clients through the sales process and obtain necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.

Job Purpose: To make outbound calls as a Loan Advisor to complete loan applications and upsell in-house products, providing excellent customer service and driving business growth.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
