Technical Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple complex programs of work, building strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and strategizing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end product and/or service delivery, overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Multiple Programs: Lead and coordinate large-scale technical projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Organize and Prioritize Tasks: Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  3. Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to inform, influence, and manage outcomes.
  4. Work Independently: Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects, motivating teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Drive Technical Delivery: Drive large-scale technical delivery across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Program Delivery: Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives, creating clear scope definition across all areas of the program.
  2. Roadmap Development: Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans, partnering with stakeholders to provide strategic thought leadership.
  3. Risk Management: Capture, resolve, and escalate risks and impediments, supporting senior-level executives and creating C-level presentation materials.
  4. Agile Ceremonies: Run agile ceremonies, ensuring a healthy team backlog and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product or program management
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product and/or service delivery
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
