About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Executive to join our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving queries and issues through effective communication, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, providing information on products and services, taking/cancelling orders, or obtaining details of complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfactory resolutions, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Contribute to enhancing our organization's reputation by demonstrating ownership of new tasks and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
