Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, database management, and data management software.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and administering all Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, Sales IQ, and Desk.
  • This includes understanding business processes and requirements of internal teams to implement and customize various modules in the relevant Zoho application.
  • The developer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets.
  • Additionally, they will develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboards, module, and field-level customizations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development and database management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation, and data mapping.
  • Certification as a Zoho Certified Administrator is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey, and Campaigns.
  • Database management and data management software.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and an active listener.
