Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning and executing the entire brand strategy function, including planning and leading campaigns, generating leads, and guiding our content and design teams with insight and strategic direction.
  • Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and growth experiments that deliver results and drive customer engagement.
  • Building systems and processes that help us scale, not slow us down, while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in email marketing, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Hubspot.
  • A proven track record of success in running and scaling paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of narrative-driven brand strategy and e-commerce brand development.
  • Able to think like a designer and lead like a strategist, with bonus points for visual identity expertise.
