Job Opportunity: Customer Acquisition Specialist

Beyond Packaging seeks a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive growth in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in traditional sales environments, actively reaching out to potential clients via phone, online research, and business outreach.

  • Identify and research potential businesses across the US with packaging needs through online platforms, directories, and databases.
  • Pitch custom box packaging services to businesses, building interest and rapport.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by providing solutions that align with their packaging requirements.
  • Manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through until orders are secured.
  • Closure of deals and securing packaging orders by understanding customer needs and conveying the value of our offerings.
  • Stay updated on packaging trends and competitor offerings to better position Beyond Packaging within the market.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written American English communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to find and qualify leads independently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  • Experience in sales call centers and knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Ability to close sales.
