Confiz is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner for the LATAM region to lead the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop & implement talent acquisition strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the LATAM Region. The ideal candidate will be able to track recruitment metrics, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical conduct.
The candidate will be working with offshore teams, based in the US & LATAM from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.
Responsibilities- Sourcing candidates through various job-boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster etc.
- CV shortlisting, scheduling interviews, managing correspondence & liaison with candidates and interviewers.
- Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline by constantly seeking talented individuals.
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure alignment and collaboration in hiring decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures within the organization.
- Upholding ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Management, or Social Sciences.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in global technical recruitment in the IT industry.
- Working experience with LATAM candidates is a strong plus.
- Experience with the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation).
- Must be professionally well-connected and willing to leverage outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
- Multi-tasking and a go-getter attitude with high work ethics.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- High proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.
