Lead Generation Specialist Role

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. This position will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our customer base by generating high-quality leads through phone calls, emails, and online research.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential insurance clients across the U.S.
  • Qualify prospects based on specific insurance criteria (e.g., age, income, coverage needs).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in our CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Follow-up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales (insurance preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and customer needs (training will be provided).
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent in reaching out to potential leads.
