Job Details:
Overview: We are seeking a commercially driven and charismatic Creator Acquisition & Partnerships Manager to lead the recruitment and relationship management of creators on our AI-generated content platform. Based in Lahore, this leadership role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, talent acquisition, or digital creator ecosystems, ready to oversee a fast-growing vertical with global exposure.
Role Summary: You will start by working directly with the CEO to understand the company's mission and define the short-term strategy for acquiring and onboarding content creators. You will then implement this strategy to build a high-quality creator base through proactive outreach, relationship management, and pipeline development. You will also hire and manage a small team supporting recruitment, onboarding, and creator operations. This role offers growth potential, positioning you to join the company's senior executive team with significant autonomy and influence over the creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to recruit and onboard AI-native creators
- Lead outreach to top-tier creators through personalized campaigns and relationship building
- Establish systems to track and manage creator outreach, onboarding, and engagement
- Define and monitor KPIs for creator success and platform contribution
- Build and lead a team responsible for recruitment, success management, and operations
- Advocate for creators by feeding their needs and insights into product development
- Manage onboarding pipelines and drive growth in creator activity and retention
- Collaborate with the Community team to align creator engagement with community momentum
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and content monetization pathways
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in creator partnerships, digital talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or community-led growth
- Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with AI-generated content, Web3 trends, or emerging creator tools is a plus
- Experience leading small teams and building systems from scratch
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ambitious with a long-term goal of reaching senior leadership
Location: Lahore (private office, not hybrid)
Reporting to: CEO
