This role involves managing the entire HR function, with a focus on hiring, training and development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of job placement and visa documentation, sending data abroad and collecting CVs and arranging interviews.
  • Oversee employment processes such as advertising, compiling applications, screening applications, shortlisting candidates for initial interviews, and preparing relevant documents for appointment.
  • E nsure compliance with employment policy and procedure at all levels, maintaining an updated status of vacancies in the company.
  • Lead the HR training and development function through corporate training, designing in-house courses, analyzing training needs, and interacting with training institutes.
  • Ensure compliance with Management by Objectives and compile quarterly, mid-year and yearly review reports of individual objectives for management.
  • Develop and implement relevant HR policies and procedures approved by the management.
  • Design career pathways and succession plans for employees.

The ideal candidate will have IT background and knowledge of USA and Middle East immigration laws is an additional qualification.

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment policy and procedure, and leading the HR training and development function.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR management.
  • An IT background.
  • Knowledge of USA and Middle East immigration laws.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
