Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing HR operations across all group entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies.

  • This includes overseeing recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding at the group level.
  • You will also design and execute employee engagement programs to promote a positive and productive workplace culture across all entities.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data and records is essential, ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, and easy accessibility.
  • This role requires assisting in training needs assessments and coordinating learning and development programs to foster employee growth.
  • You will facilitate the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Serving as a key HR point of contact for inter-company coordination, supporting managers and staff across departments and locations is critical.
  • You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Preparing regular HR reports and analytics for senior management is also an important aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources is required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT Industry and ideally in multi-entity or group structures, is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with top management is crucial.
