Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the inspection and monitoring of products, ensuring they meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating metrics to track improvements in product quality and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the inspection and monitoring of products, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
  • Create metrics to track improvements in product quality and performance.
  • Implement quality enhancement tests and activities.
  • Establish and refine quality assurance protocols and processes.
  • Foster adherence to industry-wide quality and safety benchmarks.
  • E nsure products consistently meet customer expectations and demands.
  • Compile reports detailing errors and issues for rectification purposes.
  • Maintain standards for production reliability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Quality Assurance, with preference given to candidates from the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, particularly in statistical and graphical analysis, is required.
