Job Role:

Human Resource Manager
  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and employee satisfaction.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills to motivate staff, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a deep understanding of employment law principles.

We are looking for an individual who can think strategically, is proactive in their approach, and has the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
  2. Analyze existing policies and make necessary changes.
  3. Create new policies where needed.
  4. Lead and train the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee performance, including attendance and punctuality.
  6. Determine the need for training programs and design them accordingly.
  7. Address employee grievances or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  8. Review and develop pay structures and employee benefits.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are highly valued.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
