Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Utilize company systems to dispatch and assign drivers for bookings, ensuring seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain driver schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor live bookings, identifying and resolving any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Produce high-quality reports using Excel, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the UK-based team and drivers to ensure excellent service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments, utilizing precise documentation practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette, ensuring professional interactions at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Superior problem-solving and organizational skills, with experience in multitasking and working under pressure.
- Prior experience in dispatching, call handling, or transport/logistics is highly desirable.
