As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer submissions, ensure compliance and resolve general queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to analyze services performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Real Estate sector to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred (MBA is an asset).
Experience
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of customer services experience in REAL ESTATE is required.
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate Project dynamics is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and team-running skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
