Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including CRM tools, lead gen platforms, and networking events.
- Develop business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients.
- Work closely with the management team to identify and develop strategies for business growth, targeting high-potential markets and industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the company's offerings and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development and lead generation, with a focus on B2B.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Analytical, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in tech/software services.
- Experience with B2B lead generation, staff augmentation, and outsourcing.
- Familiarity with ASP .NET Zero, SEO, QA & Testing services.
