Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment, training, and employee relations processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business success
  • Consult with senior management to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these challenges

  • Contact references and conduct thorough background checks to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Provide excellent communication skills to inform applicants about job details, benefits, and expectations
  • Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of motivating and educating teams on HR matters

Benefits:

This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rs25,000.00 to Rs45,000.00 per month, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, working closely with the marketing and advertising team to achieve business objectives.
