As a specialist in customer experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' interactions with the company.
Job Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional service and support to customers
- Execute operational tasks efficiently to ensure customer success
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with various teams to provide seamless support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and advocate for their needs internally
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers
- Identify and execute opportunities to drive growth
- Manage shipment/file from booking to invoicing in accordance with agreed processes and SOPs
