Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  2. Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  3. Track website performance and develop strategies to enhance conversion rates (CRO).
  4. Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports to inform decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, and web analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
