Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to engage with customers through WhatsApp, providing proactive messaging and cold calling services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Messaging: Engage customers by sending updates, reminders, and personalized offers through WhatsApp. Provide relevant information to encourage repeat business and build brand loyalty.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to customers who have not shopped with us for a while. Use effective communication to re-engage customers, highlight new arrivals, and inform them about current offers.
  • Follow-up with TPL (Third-Party Logistics): Collaborate with the logistics team to manage returns for orders placed through WhatsApp. Ensure smooth handling of returns and address customer concerns.
  • Follow-up Campaigns: Manage after-sales and promotional campaigns via WhatsApp. Check customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and offer exclusive discounts to encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience in WhatsApp or messaging platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems and providing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of sales and promotions is desirable.
