- Curriculum Development: Design and update course content to align with current medical advancements and community health needs.
- Public Health Engagement: Promote health awareness and lead initiatives to improve public health at the grassroots level.
- Required Degree: MBBS or equivalent medical qualifications recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) or Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)
- Postgraduate Degrees: D.Sc., Ph.D., M.D., M.Phil. (Pak), or equivalent qualifications recognized by PMDC/PMC
- If candidates with the above qualifications are unavailable, candidates with a Postgraduate Minor Diploma in Community Medicine and 3 years of teaching experience as a Demonstrator may be considered
