Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, with the ability to extract relevant information.
  • Technical knowledge with an ability to explain job requirements for technical roles, including programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment techniques, including social media and employee referrals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.
