Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition of candidates through the hiring process.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Identify and engage high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing methods, and build a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional development and apply new knowledge to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • International Recruitment: The applicant must have international hiring experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of HR and talent acquisition.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
