We're seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, particularly in sourcing and hiring technical talent. This role is critical in helping us find, attract, and hire top performers to drive our company's success.

  • Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further interviews.
  • Interviewing: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our organization's culture.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting: Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and career pages.
  • Database Management: Keep track of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
