About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Oil & Gas sector. As a key member of the MISL team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and innovative solutions.
  • Clients and Partners: Foster and expand relationships with current and new clients, leveraging industry knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers and manufacturing facilities to understand their needs, assess potential collaborations, and build long-term relationships.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to tailor MISL's products and services effectively.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable deals that meet both parties' needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Strong connections within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, visiting factories, and client locations as needed.
