Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve divisional and personal targets
  • Manage sales teams to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company policies
  • Conduct regular sales and business development meetings to identify new opportunities
  • Deliver required sales, margin, and profit performance through effective sales management
  • Evaluate market trends and analyze potential opportunities for business growth
  • Participate in product strategy development and monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven success in selling IT Enterprise Solutions within the FMCG sector
  • Around 3-5 years B2B sales experience with a strong focus on sales leadership
  • Well-versed in the RFP process within the FMCG sector
  • At least 10 successful sales accounts with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
