
HR Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, providing performance evaluations, handling employee discipline and termination, and enforcing company policies.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.
- Partner with leadership to understand and execute human resource and talent strategy.
- Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, research competitive pay programs, and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records, stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
