Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, cultivate and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners and other relevant partners.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with the hotel's policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed sales decisions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel products, services and the local market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
