
Senior Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, cultivate and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners and other relevant partners.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with the hotel's policies and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed sales decisions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel products, services and the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Leadership and team management skills.
