Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience with relevant tools and technologies.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, VB is a plus, as well as understanding of RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Make etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA workflows to ensure functionality and performance
  • Document processes, procedures, and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your RPA skills and knowledge

Qualifications:
