Event Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional events. As the primary contact with clients, you will work closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing event concepts and overseeing their execution from start to finish;
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless logistics and timely delivery of all event elements;
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams;
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve optimal ROI; and
  • Providing on-site management during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as event management, hospitality, or a related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of experience in event production, preferably in a leadership capacity;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike;
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard software; and
  • A valid driver's license, if applicable.
