Event Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Event Manager in planning and executing various events throughout the city.

This role requires someone who is fluent in English, has a presentable personality, and is able to adapt to different environments and work under minimal supervision.

We are seeking an organized individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Event Manager in planning and executing events
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients
  • Adjusting to changing environments and priorities

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English communication skills
