About This Role

This is a highly organized and proactive position that demands strong communication and organizational skills. The incumbent will be actively involved in vendor coordination, event planning, client liaison, and social media management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist in creating organizational plans and timelines for upcoming events.
  • Manage event logistics, bookings, and on-site coordination.
  • Handle communication with event clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.

The role also entails supporting e-commerce activities, including managing the website, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and tracking orders and inventory.

Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in event management or e-commerce.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Event Planning, or E-Commerce Management will be an added advantage.
