Regional Medical Operations Manager

This is a senior-level medical operations role that oversees the management and delivery of medical services within a designated region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with significant experience in leading medical teams and implementing policies and procedures. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate medical treatment for employees within the region, including coordinating care with healthcare providers and managing medical records.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services within the region.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A medical degree (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 9 years of experience in a medical leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
