Job Description

Support senior management in supervising, monitoring and analyzing policies and controls regarding fixed assets.

  • Coordinate with user departments to ensure policy adherence and the safe custody of Fixed Assets.
  • Create and maintain fixed asset registers, conduct business analysis and support management on capital expenditure and depreciation trends.
  • Develop fixed asset schedules for review by senior management and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise integrity between general ledger and fixed asset system by reconciling changes in fixed asset balances.
  • Review periodic Vehicle Dashboard (MIS) and key assets for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate corporate accounting for assets, depreciation, capital expenditures and leases in accordance with IFRS/IAS and company policies.
  • Review reconciliation entries of CAPEX and capitalization as per GL and FA modules periodically.
  • Support senior management with monthly and quarterly reports on capital spending, intangibles and fixed asset schedules.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
