
Ecommerce Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization as a Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new merchants through effective onboarding strategies under subscription models and pre-paid balances for online services.
- Meet sales targets by promoting and selling products and services effectively.
- Engage with registered merchants to assist in trading activity and services listing, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Provide first-level merchant education, guiding them on how to utilize our service efficiently.
- Evaluate and escalate any issues that may arise during the support process to the Line Manager, collaborating closely with Merchant Service Officers to resolve customer concerns.
- Organize sales visits and submit daily activity reports to the Line Manager, tracking progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pursue escalations and engage with other business stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of subscription models and pre-paid balances for online services.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and promoting products/services effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with merchants.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to evaluate and escalate issues as needed.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage sales activities and report progress.
