We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our ecommerce performance marketing efforts.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Lahore.

In this role, you will develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and conduct market research to analyze key metrics and inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve set goals.
  2. Oversee the development and launch of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and campaign optimization.
  3. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  4. Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in ecommerce with expertise in managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex marketing metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools and analyzing campaign performance using analytics software.
  • Preferred: Experience working in categories such as Mobile handsets, Electronics, Clothing, Footwear, Fragrances, Beauty and Personal Care, Health, Home Decor, Sports, etc.
