Sales Team Leadership
The Sales team is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of sales, customer engagement, and revenue growth. As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will oversee the Sales team's performance, provide guidance on strategies to meet targets, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
Personal Performance
You will be accountable for delivering on agreed KPIs, which are reviewed and updated regularly. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Credit Management
A critical aspect of this role is monitoring credit exposure and working towards maintaining Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) within management-set parameters. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Relationship Management
You will collect and share customer data through mapping exercises, facilitating opportunities for growth and increasing profitability. Additionally, you will actively seek out new customers to enhance our existing customer base and replace it with better customers.
Account Management
This role includes providing end-to-end account management services to assigned customers and owning new business wins. You will work closely with Operations to ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
